James & Natalie were married a month ago and I just realized that I missed their blog post!!! I had an awesome time with them last year with their Engagement Session and the wedding proved to be just as fun! The ceremony was held at St. Giles Parish in Oak Park, with a reception following at the Chevy Chase Country Club. Natalie made for a stunning bride, and James didn’t look to bad either

All in all, the wedding was fantastic and I think we got some amazing photographs. I couldn’t pick enough favorites for this blog post to do the day justice - so be sure to check out the extended slideshow!

Mark & Karla did a Save-the-Date session a couple months back… We finally were able to get their Engagement Session in as well and had a blast. Mark & Karla are a super cool couple and I’m so excited to shoot their wedding coming up in the fall. It should be an awesome time! We started off in Lincoln Park and headed out by the Lake and North Avenue Beach. We ended up also shooting over to the Adler Planetarium area to get some more fun shots. I know Karla is a blog stalker and has probably been waiting for me to finally post this Can’t wait to work with you guys again!

I’ve been meaning to do this for a while now… I’m setting up a gallery on my photo cart system to showcase some of the various cool shots that I’ve taken over the past few years that I think will make really nice wall art.

Starting with this really cool shot of the northern Chicago Skyline. This view is a southern view of the Hancock skyline from the North Avenue Beach perspective. I was lucky to catch the very cool clouds on this day as I’ve been down in this location many times and the sky never looks this cool.

You may remember Jim & Caryn from a recent Engagement Session post that I did. They were the couple with the photos at Wrigley Field I shot their wedding a couple weeks ago and it proved to be an awesome time. The church ceremony took place at St. Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church in Niles followed by the reception at Concorde Banquets. Amy Vaught provided the day of event coordination. Sonia Roselli provided the girls makeup and did a phenomenal job!

The wedding was so fun that I had a really hard time picking my favorites for the blog. There was lots of Greek dancing and dollar bills flying around all night! Be sure to check out the slideshow below to view a whole bunch more!
