Archive for August, 2008Ted & Katie were married just a few short weeks ago. Their ceremony was held at First Saint Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, followed by an uber cool reception at Galleria Marchetti. The day was beautiful and perfect and everyone had a wonderful time. I love asked to be a part of such special occasions! You can tell how much in love Ted & Katie are and I wish them the best of luck in their married life! Here are some of my favorites and a slideshow too! -Andrew
I shot Jack & Margot’s wedding almost a month ago already! This summer has been absolutely flying by! You may recall seeing their engagement session that was posted a little while back… I had a wonderful time working with them on the engagement and it certainly carried through to the wedding. The wedding ceremony and reception were both held at the Chicago Botanic Garden which provided an absolutely stunning backdrop to the day’s festivities. Greg & Justyna were married a few weeks ago. I had a complete blast working with them in capturing their wedding day. We shot their Engagement Session a while back and had lots of fun. The wedding day proved to be more of the same! The ceremony was held at St. Clement Church in Lincoln Park, with a reception following at the Harold Washington Library. We had a little “trolley time” to roam about the city prior to the reception - and got lot’s of fun shots there as well. Josh from Carbon 14 films captured the video and we had a super time! I’d also like to thank Julie Edwards for coming out and second shooting while she was in town from California. All in all, the wedding was fantastic and I think we got some amazing photographs.
