Comment Contest

So I’ve been tracking the traffic coming to my blog for a while now. I know that there are LOT’s of people that either read the blog directly or subscribe to the RSS feed. However no one really comments on anything – well besides a few blog stalkers:)You know who you are!

I thought it’d be fun to have a comment contest during the month of January. Either a bunch of people will come out of the woodwork and post a comment, or it will be a big flop and no one will bother!

To make it worth your while there will be a prize involved! If you are a past/future Wedding Couple, I’ll craft up a cool prize with your wedding photos (some sort of cool art print). If you aren’t a client, but just someone who reads the blog or another photographer – I’ll have some sort of different prize for you. Trust me, I can come up with something cool.8-)

Just reply and leave a comment in this post letting me know who you are and where you are from etc…

At the end of January I’ll have my daughter randomly pick a name and you will get your super duper prize!

Here’s a shout out from Timbuktu, Mali! I’m planning on getting married within 18 months and have been scouting out photags all the way from the Sahara desert. Should be back on Chicago soil within a few months when my work contract ends here but in the meantime I just like at look at your beautiful pictures.

I’ll pop in to say hi! :waves: I’m normally a blog-lurker, but I suppose I can be lured out of hiding with the possibility of free artsy prints. Scott and I had Andrew shoot our wedding (and an engagement session) over year and a half ago, and I’m still getting compliments on our photos.

Andrew did the photos for our wedding and I still love looking at them. Our wedding was by no means “traditional” and eschewed many of the usual trappings, and I am really glad we had Andrew there to document the event. He rolled with everything and adapted to our style. I couldn’t be more pleased with the way everything turned out. As a result I periodically look back at the blog to see what he’s done with other people’s weddings.
